What we collect, why we collect it and when we delete it.
What we collect
Your name and phone number on every form, and sometimes your email. For some services (ZESA tokens, ZINARA licensing, insurance quotes and agent applications) there is a Your details section where you can add details such as your address, your ID number and vehicle details.
Why
Only to process your request or order and to contact you about it.
How long we keep it
The details you add are kept only until your order is completed. When we mark the order as completed, the record is deleted from our database. You can also ask us to delete your details at any time.
Payments
Online payments are made with EcoCash through Paynow. We keep a payment record (reference, amount, date and the last 4 digits of the EcoCash number) for our accounts. It does not contain your address or ID number. We never see your EcoCash PIN.
Who can see it
Only Dekaro Investments staff, through our private database. We do not sell your details. They are stored with our database provider, Supabase.
Asking us to delete your details
Message us on WhatsApp, call us or visit us at Willies Complex, Ruwa and tell us the name and phone number you used.

Never send PINs or passwords through this website.
